Аннотация
Қазақ халқының неке және отбасы мәселесі қазіргі кезде жан-жақты қарастырылған тақырып болып табылады. Алайда қазақ халқының неке және отбасындағы материалдық емес мәдени мұра үлгілерінің ежелгі кезеңдерден бері әртүрлі қалыптасуы қазіргі кезде зерттеушілер үшін өзекті мәселе ретінде қарастырылады. Бұл қазақ халқының тіршілік жүйесіндегі отбасылық дәстүрлер мен ырымдар бір-біріне байланысты екенін көрсетеді. Осы дәстүрлердің өзара байланысуы қазақтың дәстүрлі құқық жүйесінің қалыптасуына да зор ықпал етті. Атап айтар болсақ, некелесу үрдісіндегі қалың мал төлеу, жасау беру және қазақ отбасындағы әйел мен ердің орны дәстүрлі құқық жүйесімен сипатталды. Сондай-ақ қазақ отбасындағы дәстүрлер мен әдеттердің тұтас құндылығы материалдық емес мәдени мұраны толықтырып отырды. Бұл өз кезегінде қазақ этномәдениетінің барлық қырларынан көрініс тапты. Қазіргі кезде әртүрлі трансформацияға түскен бұл дәстүрлі мәдениет үлгілері еліміздің материалдық емес мәдени мұрасы ретінде түсіндіріледі.
