Мақалада мифтік санаға тəн анимистік сенімнің көркемдік ойлау жүйесінде бейнелеу тəсілдеріне негіз болғаны қарастырылады. Барлық зат пен құбылыс адам сияқты ақыл-ойға, сана-сезімге ие деп түсінген архаикалық таным адамзат санасы дами келе поэтикалық қызметке ауысты. Анимизмнен өніп шыққан кейіптеу, метафора, символ сияқты бейнелеу құралдарының көркем туындыда алар ерекше орны бар. Анимистік сенімнің кейіптеу тəсіліне негіз болғанына əр дəуірдегі əдеби мұралардан көптеген мысалдар келтіруге болады. Көркем жазба əдебиеттің бейнелілік мəнін арттырып, авторлық идеяны танытуда бейнелеу құралдарының кең ауқымды үлесі бар. Мақалада мифтік таным, анимистік сенім жəне кейіптеу арасындағы сабақтастық көркем проза мысалдары арқылы талданып көрсетіледі. Осы негізде тұжырымдар жасалады.
