Formatting requirements

Microsoft Word for Windows is used for typing texts, formulas, and tables.

The structure of a scientific article:

                   1) IRSTI (it is determined by the link http://grnti.ru/);

                   2) Full names (if there are two or more authors, the *corresponding author must be indicated);

                   3) The full name of the institution where the author(s) work, along with the city and country;

                   4) mail addresses and ORCID, Scopus ID of the authors (email addresses should be listed on separate lines for each author);

                   5) Title of the study;

                   6) Abstract (brief summary of the problem statement, the aim of the article, research methods, results, and conclusions – 150-200 words.);

                   7) Keywords (no fewer than 5 and no more than 10 words or phrases);

                   8) Acknowledgments (including information about funding) are to be indicated as automatic footnotes on each page;

                    9) Introduction;

10) Materials and methods of research;

11) Analysis;

12) Results;

13) Conclusion;

14) Reference;

15) The abstract and keywords must be provided in two additional languages (authors from neighboring and distant countries may submit this information in English and Russian, while the translation into Kazakh will be handled by the journal's editorial team);

16) At the end of the article, information about the author(s) must be presented in three languages (Kazakh, Russian, English): full name, academic degree, title, position, name of the university, address, city, country, and ORCID or Scopus ID;

17) A list of abbreviations (if there are abbreviations in the text, figure captions, or literature) must be provided in the language of the article;

18) A list of illustrations must be provided in two languages (in the language of the article and in English).

Formatting of the list of references:

АРА (American Psychological Association) style is used. citations from the literature list are presented in the text in parentheses, indicating the first author, year of publication, and page numbers, for example:

1) (Samashev, 2022: 45) or (Samashev, 2021: URL);

2) If there are two or more authors:

  1. a) (Samashev et al., 2022: 45);
  2. b) (Samashev, Abayev, Khan, 2022: 45);

3) If the citation is indirect: (Samashev, 2022).

The font for the reference list is Times New Roman, size 12, justified alignment, with a paragraph indent of 1.25 cm, and each new entry is separated by a dash on the next line.

The reference list is provided in two formats:

  • In alphabetical order in the language of the article;
  • In Latin transliteration with an English translation in square brackets.

Dissertations, abstracts of dissertations, and texts of official documents (decrees, orders, resolutions, programs, etc.) from various publications are not included in the list of references. Archival data (and the author's field materials) are indicated in the text of the article in parentheses and should be referenced as an automatic footnote. All abbreviations of archival document output data are written in lowercase letters, separated by commas (e.g., GA f. 4, d. 2, l. 16). They are not included in the reference list (sample see in the "reference" section).

Editing of the accepted material for publication is carried out by the Editorial Team in accordance with the requirements for materials submitted to the Journal and considering the opinion of the author(s).

The prepared material is sent by the Editorial Team for review and approval by the Editorial Board for oversight.

After agreement with the members of the Editorial Board, the Chief Editor submits the original layout for approval to the Chairperson of the Editorial Board.

After the layout is approved by the Chairperson of the Editorial Board, the Editorial Team sends it to the printing house for publication.

The author is responsible for the authenticity and content of the submitted materials.

The text of the article, prepared in accordance with the formatting guidelines, is registered on the Journal's website.

Articles are accepted for consideration only with strict adherence to the publication requirements and the availability of all necessary documents.

Authors are notified of the publication timelines after the materials have been reviewed and undergone the peer review process.
