Аннотация
Көне түркі жазба ескерткіштері ашылғаннан бері ғылыми ортада оған қызығушылық арта түсті. Өткен ғасырдың орта тұсынан бастап ескерткіштер мəтіндеріне тарихнамалық тұрғыда көңіл бөлініп, түркілердің төл тарихы жөніндегі маңызды дереккөз ретінде қарала бастады. Түркі қағандықтарының дипломатиялық қарым-қатынастар туралы негізінен қытай, соғды, грек жəне т.б. халықтарының тарихи құжаттары арқылы жетіп отыр. Алайда соңғы зерттеулер көне түркі бітіг жазуларының көшпенділердің сыртқы жəне ішкі байланыстары туралы толыққанды ақпарат бермесе де, мəтіндегі мəліметтер жанама, əрі қосымша деректер ретінде пайладануға болатынын көрсетеді. Осы тұрғыда бұл мақалада орхон-енисей жазба ескерткіштерінде кездесетін елшілікке қатысты атаулар жинақталып, көне түркілердің дипломатиялық қатынастар жасаған халықтарының тізімі беріледі.
