Аннотация
XIX ғасыр, əсіресе оның екінші жартысы, Қазақстан тарихында ерекше орын алады. Бұл – шаруашылықта, əлеуметтік жəне мəдени өмірде болған ғаламат өзгерістер кезеңі. Олар ең алдымен біздің елімізге тауар-ақша қарым- қатынастарының енуімен байланысты еді. Ресей капитализмінің кеңінен дамуы жаңа экономикалық үрдіске империяның шартарабын мекендеген көптеген халықтардың енуіне себепкер болды. Сонымен бірге отар елдердегі жер саясаты бір жағынан кедейлену мен арендалық қарым-қатынасқа жол ашса, екінші жағынан отарлардың ресейлік өндіріс мүддесі үшін шикізат беріп, дайын өнімді сатып алатын нарықтың қалыптасуына алып келді. Осы сияқты қазақ қоғамы бастан кешірген түбегейлі өзгерістер XIX ғасырдың екінші жартысын қазақ тарихындағы өтпелі кезең есебінде қарастыруға мүмкіндік береді.
