Аннотация
Мақалада ерте жəне таяу замандағы тарихшылардың еңбектеріндегі деректерге сүйене отырып, қазақ мемлекеттілігінің қалыптасуы хақында тұжырым жасалады. Біздің заманымыздан бұрынғы 209 жылы құрылған ұлы ғұн империясының қазақ тарихында алатын орны көрсетіліп, мемлекеттілігіміздің ғылымға белгілі тарихына 2230 жыл толғаны туралы айтылады. Біріншіден, ғұн империясының құрылған уақыты белгілі. Екіншіден, империяның территориясы мен шекарасы анық белгіленген. Үшіншіден, жетілген басқару жүйесі бар, билік құрылымы қалыптасқан кемел мемлекет болды. Төртіншіден, күшті заңы болды. Бұл Түркі тарихында жасалған тұңғыш заң. Осы деректерге сүйене отырып, ғұн империясын Қазақ мемлекеттілігінің бастауы деп айта аламыз.
