Аннотация
Статья рассматривает вопросы хронологической неопределенности начального этапа и завершающей стадии эпохи ранних кочевников, проблемы антропологического состава и тюркоязычности части населения изучаемой эпохи, а также вопросы методологии археологического поиска. Автор останавливается на обозначении некоторых проблем, которые затрагивают перечисленные вопросы. В фокусе повествования становление и трансформация культур раннего железного века в казахских степях, анализ материалов по изучаемой теме, анализ и синхронизация памятников начального этапа эпохи ранних кочевников, происходящих из разных регионов страны.
