Аннотация
Мақалада Қазақстан Республикасының Тұңғыш Президенті – Елбасы Н.Ə. Назарбаевтың «Бір мақсат, бір мүдде, бір болашақ» Қазақстан Халқына жолдауы, сонымен қатар «Болашаққа бағдар: рухани жаңғыру», «Ұлы даланың жеті қыры» мақалалары талқыланып, «Мəңгілік ел» идеясының негіздері айқындалған. «Мəңгілік Қазақстан» жобасы – ел тарихындағы біз аяқ басатын жаңа дəуірдің кемел келбеті. Қазақ елі өткен 30 жылда қыруар іс тындырды. Жаңа, жас мемлекет үлгілі дамудың өзіндік моделін қалыптастырды. Бүгінде Отанымыздың жетістіктері – əрбір азаматтың ұлттық мақтанышы. Күшті, қуатты мемлекеттер ғана ұзақ мерзімдік жоспарлаумен, тұрақты экономикалық өсумен айналысады. «Мəңгілік ел» идеясы – барлық саланы қамтитын жəне үздіксіз өсуді қамтамасыз ететін жаңғыру жолы. Сол тұрғыда жұмыс барысында ұлттық идеяның ұлтаралық біріктіру күшіне ие екені жөнінде нақтылы талдау жасалған.
