Аннотация
Қазақтың аса дарынды ақиық ақыны Қазақстан Республикасы Мемлекеттік сыйлығының лауреаты Мұқағали Мақатаевтың мұрасы, өлең үлгісі біздің бүгінгі игілігіміз ғана емес, болашақ ұрпақтың да еншісі, қастерлеп-қадірлейтін қазынасы. Мұқағали өлеңдері ұлттық поэзияны жаңа бір белеске көтерді. Ол қазақ өлеңінің ұлттық бояуы мен рухын ұстанды, түрлендіре байытты да, қалың қазақ оқырмандарының жүрегіне жол тартты. Ақын қазақ лирикасын XX ғасыр əдебиетінің озық дəстүрлерімен құнарландырды. Мақалада автор ақынның шеберлік тұғыры – тіл тазалығына, ой саралылығына, тебіреніс тереңдігіне көңіл бөліп, ұлттық тіл байлығын құбылтуы, көркемдік бейнелеу ерекшеліктеріне назар аударады. М. Мақатаев шығармаларындағы ұлттық айшықтарды кең ауқымда, алдыңғы толқындармен ұштастыра, кейінгі буындармен сабақтастыра қарастырады. Ұлттық рухтың оянуы мен терең тамырлануындағы əдебиеттің орнын Мұқағали поэзиясы мысалында пайымдайды.
