Аннотация
Ғылым тілінің дамуымен бірге тілдегі сөздердің терминденуі үдерісі қатар жүреді. Қазақ тіл білімінің тарихында бұл заңдылық өткен ғасырда елеулі дəрежеде жүзеге асты. Терминдер жасалуының лексика-семантикалық, морфологиялық т.б. түрлі жолдары бар. Бұл мəселе қазақ терминологтары тарапынан көптеп зерттеліп келеді. Кез келген сөз қолданылу белсенділігі артқан сайын мағыналық жағынан дамып, жаңа мүмкіндіктерге ие болады. Сол тұрғыда мақалада белгілі бір аумақта гидрология саласы бойынша қолданылып жүрген жəне қолданылуы қажет терминдердің шығу төркіні сөз болады. Гидронимика – ономастиканың аса маңызды салаларының бірі. Ғалымдардың анықтауы бойынша қазақ тілінде 85 мың өзен, 48 мыңнан аса көл бар екен, демек сонша атау бар. Табиғи нысандарды игеруде көптеген атауларды ойлап тапқан халқымыз гидронимдермен қатар суға қатысты көптеген терминдерді де қолданған. Суға қатысты байырғы терминдерді лингвистер мен географтар «гидрографиялық терминдер», «индикатор- терминдер», «номенклатуралық терминдер» деп түрліше атап жүр. Мақалада ғалым гидронимдерді белгілі бір тəртіппен топтастырып, жүйелеп қарастырған, олардың шығу төркіні, қалыптасуы, қолданылуына қатысты ғылыми талдаулар жасаған.
